Being a woman is a privilege. The ability to create a new life, to influence thoughts, to build careers, to spacewalk: there are endless reasons to raise a toast to women. Yet there are constant efforts by regressive minds to pull down, violate and objectify women even while trapping them in archaic stereotypes. The JFW Women Summit with the underlying theme March for Change seeks to raise questions, find solutions and change perspectives so that women can continue their march towards progress, undaunted. The JFW Women Summit is a first of its kind effort across South India to engage, empower and elevate conversations on the societal norms for women.
